Full time, 39 hrs per week

Role Grade – 2B - 2A depending on experience


Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders
• Provide data & reports to assist the sales team
• Data inputting
• Able to interpret data
• Record keeping
• Telephone answering and dealing with customer enquiries
• General office administration and duties
• Holiday cover for reception and purchasing ordering
• General ‘go to’ person


Key Skills
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following key skills;
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work with limited direction
• Motivated
• Proficient IT skills and process driven, MS Office and a variety of databases
• Organized
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Personable
