We’re introducing recyclable plant pots

We’re pleased to announce that we will be introducing recyclable plant pots for all our retail plants so that they can be recycled kerbside by consumers (September, 2018).

In 2019 we will be replacing our black plastic pots for taupe coloured pots, which will be supplied by Aeroplas in the West Midlands, to fight the war on plastic. 
 


Taster Menu hailed a success

We would like to thank our customers who helped us select four new plants to go into full scale production from our Taster Menu concept we launched last year (2017).


The search is on for two new apprentices

We’re calling for people to apply for our two-year Horticultural Apprenticeship, which will start in September 2018.

Andy Johnson, our Managing Director, said: “This September will be our fifth intake of two new candidates to the current apprenticeship scheme, which is part of a specifically designed National Apprenticeship Programme for the Midland Regional Growers (MRG) in conjunction with Pershore College.
 


Staff raise £1,500 for charity by hiking and cycling

Twenty-two members of our staff challenged themselves physically last Saturday (July 21, 2018) and have so far raised £1,500 in aid of a children’s charity.


Four staff members clock up 120 years of service

We would like to congratulate four members of our staff who were recently (June, 2019) presented with medals to honour their long service to our company.
