We’ve seen record breaking plant sales since June last year and have just completed our best March ever (2021).
We’ve passed our ISO 14001 Environmental Audit this year with our prime objective for 2021 being further peat reduction and taking it below 50% (January 2021).
We’ve recently donated a collection of new Mangave succulents to the Royal Horticultural Society’s (RHS) Garden Wisley in partnership with Plantipp B.V. (December 2020).
We have been assisting with trials of a new test to detect the early signs of Botrytis to reduce the spread of the disease in nursery and garden centre plants (October 2020).
Our new cold store facilities have allowed us to extend our bare root hedging and forestry transplant supply season to assist customers seeking supplies (April, 2020).
The recently doubled cold storage capacity means that although the final date for lifting bare root hedging and forestry transplants was March 31 the stock will be prime for despatch throughout April and into mid-May.
