Geoff Godsall, who has worked at Wyevale Nurseries for 29 years and is currently our Trading Foreman, has raised £287.43 for a hospice in Hereford by growing a moustache.
Geoff grew a moustache for a month to fundraise for St Michael’s Hospice in Bartestree.
The 63-year-old, who lives in Hereford, said: “I am delighted to have raised £287.43 for the hospice. I would like to thank all the people who sponsored me via my Just Giving page or who dropped their loose change into my collection bucket.
“I choose to support St Michael’s Hospice as it is a wonderful local charity, which offers a fantastic service to the community during particularly hard times. Both the hospice and Macmillan Nurses have helped my friends and family in the past.”
St Michael’s Hospice looks after people age of 18 and above with progressive life-limiting illnesses at various stages of their journey. It also provides care and support for patients’ families, friends and carers.
