“Which Customer Category do I fall in?”
The customer category you select when completing your account opening form will influence the way your order is presented for despatch.
• Retail – Garden Centres, Outlets etc will only be able to view and purchase stock which has been specifically grown for retail re-sale. Prior to being delivered the plants will be cleaned up, top dressed and picture labelled. Retail price labels will be stuck to the pots if requested. This type of customer would normally select ‘On Danish Trolley’ as their Delivery Package option.
• Landscape Designers, Contractors, Amenity etc will be able to view all available stock (plants grown to the National Plant Specification and those grown for retail re-sale). Stock for delivery lifted straight from the nursery beds with no further preparation. This type of customer would normally select the ‘On Box Pallets’ as their Delivery Package option. If, however, you would prefer to have your orders delivered on Danish trollies then please select that Delivery Package option.
“Do prices shown include VAT?”
No – all prices shown are excluding VAT. Where applicable VAT will be added in your order basket (certain lines are VAT exempt).
“Is there a minimum number of plants I have to order?”
We do ask that any container grown plants in less than a 10 Litre pot are ordered in quantities of 5 or more. Bareroot transplants should always be ordered in multiples of 25.
“Is there a minimum order value?”
As we are a wholesale trade nursery we will not accept orders under £250 in cost value.
“Can I choose when I receive my stock?”
When placing your order you will be asked for your earliest preferred delivery date. Wyevale Nurseries will work to this as closely as possible according to lorry load capacity and delivery schedules. Wyevale Nurseries will always notify you at least 24 hours before a delivery is being made.
“How quickly can I expect delivery or collect my order?”
The earliest orders can be delivered/collected is 5 working days from submitting your order. Please be aware for customers who do not have a full credit account with Wyevale Nurseries payment must be received in full before orders will be scheduled for delivery/collection. Delivery address must have access for an articulated or rigid lorry.
“How will my order be packaged?”
This depends on the Delivery Package you choose when you complete your account opening form.
On Danish Trolley – plants will be supplied on red padlocked Danish trollies
On Box Pallets – plants will be stacked in industry standard box pallets
“Can I collect my order if I normally have it delivered?”
Yes you can alternate between collecting orders and having them delivered to site. If you wish to collect your order just select the ‘Collection’ option from the drop down list in the Order Basket screen.
“Where do I collect my order from?”
All orders are assembled at our Head Office site.

Wyevale Nurseries run our own fleet of transport so aim to deliver all orders at cost. Our charges are worked to the following schedule:

“How do I pay for my order?”
Once Wyevale Nurseries has received your order it will be processed at our accounts department will contact you to arrange payment. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Debit Card or Credit Card (2% surcharge). Payment must be made in full before an order will be scheduled for delivery/collection.
“If I want to order a high volume is there any discount available”
