How is stock delivered?
What is the order to delivery lead time?
We are one of the UK’s largest amenity growers, something we are very proud of. Having recently bought our tree, transplant and container grown plant divisions all into one company it has enabled us to enhance our offering and customer service through improved flexibility and internal efficiencies.
You may know of Wyevale Nurseries for a specific product range but are you fully aware of the true scale of our offering?
We sell more than 125,000 trees annually, either bare root, root balled or container grown. Add this to more than 5 million hedging transplants and over 1.5 million shrub, hedging and herbaceous container plants, we can cover the most complex planting schemes!
By registering as a trade customer with Wyevale Nurseries you be set up with your personal account and appropriate sales team. We can then manage your account, supplying you with regular stock updates, special offers, information and general advice.
There are several service options open to the type of customer you are, we have a solution to suit everyone.
Container grown shrubs, herbaceous as well as all our bare root hedging transplants are delivered in cardboard sleeved pallets, which are packed carefully by our experienced amenity despatch team to ensure your plants arrive in good condition in a cost effective way.
We can deliver on Danish Trolleys if required, and the sales team will be able to give you a price upon request.
Trees are generally delivered loose, secured on curtain sided trailers.
We generally use our own transport or partner hauliers, but we can use Pallet Line if this is the most appropriate solution.
At Wyevale Nurseries we regularly undertake contract growing and advanced procurement to provide guaranteed quantities to specific requirements.
This offers the benefits of securing supply and cost savings.
We work closely with our partner grower in Europe to source other non-standard lines. Giving you the benefit of all your requirements from one supplier, one crop inspection, one delivery.

We can now offer the ‘one-stop-shop’ for the amenity landscaping and retail markets.
Our portfolio covers an extensive range of field and container grown trees, transplants and container grown hardy nursery stock but even with 3,000 varieties grown we don’t grow everything!
To ensure Wyevale Nurseries has the ability to offer all your requirements we have formed a number of close trading partnerships with growers in the UK (many of them local to Hereford) as well as a few European nurseries.
Elle Field, our Buying Coordinator, works alongside our sales team ensuring we can source all your requirements at the quality and prices you need.
